This website privacy policy ("Policy") describes how 10Recruit- business division of 10 Leaves Limited (the “Company”) and its group companies, subsidiaries, affiliates (the "Group Company"), may use and disclose personally identifiable information that we may collect about you through the Site ("Personal Information"). By accessing, browsing, or using the Site ("Use") and/or by submitting personal information to the Company/Group Company, all users and viewers (“You”, “you”, "User," or "user") declare to have full legal capacity, being above 18 years of age, acknowledge acceptance of the policy and authorize the Company/Group Company to collect, store, use, and disclose personal information.

If you do not accept the terms and conditions listed in this policy, please do not use the site and do not submit personal information about you to us.

The Information We Collect and How We Use It

Your personal details, including your name, e-mail address and CV, are held and used by us for the following purposes:

  • For matching your coded details with job vacancies, to assist us in finding you the position that most suits you;
  • For keeping you informed of the Company/Group Company services, news and wider developments in your chosen field;
  • For tailoring the version of our website, you see when you log on to make it relevant to you; and/or
  • For compiling salary and other surveys of our candidates.
  • To allow you to participate in specialist online training services
  • To allow you to participate in interactive features of our service when you choose to do so
  • To market our, full range of recruitment services to you (permanent, temporary, contract, outplacement and recruitment process outsourcing services)
  • To enable us to develop and market other products and services and where you have consented to being contacted for such purposes
  • To improve our customer service and to make our services more valuable to you (including tailoring our website and our group companies websites when you log on to enrich your personal online experience)
  • To send you details of reports, promotions, offers, networking and client events and general information about the industry sectors which we think might be of interest to you where you have consented to being contacted for such purposes
  • To answer your questions and enquiries
  • To carry out our obligations arising from any contracts entered between you and us

Disclosures of your information

We will share your information within the group where necessary in order to provide you with our recruitment and its related services. It is possible that the Company/Group Company could merge or be acquired by another business. If this happens, we may share the information that relates to you with the new owners of the business and their advisers. You will be sent a notice of such an event and you will be given the option to not share your information with them.

Your CV and related information will be sent to prospective employers but only where you give your consent. Such employers may be located both inside and outside the United Arab Emirates.

We may also release information relating to you to regulatory or law enforcement authorities, if required to do so. We also reserve the right to disclose the information we have collected about you to our professional advisors and to other persons to the extent that the Company/Group Company’s contracts out any aspect of the operation of its recruitment agency services.

The disclosure to third parties would occur in the following circumstances:

  1. We will disclose information to our clients where necessary and/or appropriate in connection with the provision of staffing services.
  2. We may disclose information to companies and individuals we employ to perform business functions and services on our behalf. Such functions may include, for example, hosting our Web servers, analyzing data, providing legal, accounting and marketing services.
  3. We may disclose information to the extent necessary or appropriate to government agencies, advisors, and other third parties in order to comply with applicable government laws, the service of legal process, or if we reasonably believe that such action is necessary to (a) comply with the law requiring such disclosure; (b) prevent a crime or protect national security or (c) protect the personal safety of the users or the public.

Furthermore, the Company/Group Company may disclose, and you consent to such disclosure of Personal Information to the Company/Group Company servers and electronic systems located outside the country where you are located.

The Company/Group Company uses various commercially reasonable security procedures to protect your Personal Information. You understand, however, that these security procedures do not ensure that your Personal Information is 100% secure and free of any possible unauthorized access.

Curriculum vitae ("CV")

We give you the option of submitting your CV via this website. You can do this either to apply for a specific advertised job or for consideration by our recruitment consultants for positions as they come up.

Although your CV will be stored online, it will only be accessible by the Company/Group Company, working both inside and outside the United Arab Emirates. Your CV will also be e-mailed directly to our recruitment consultants who review your details and enter them onto our central in-house database. This database, including the information relating to you, can be accessed by any of our recruitment consultants working in other offices of the Company/Group Company, both inside and outside the United Arab Emirates.

You can update your CV at any time, simply by following the same procedure to submit a new CV. Your old CV will automatically be replaced.

Job Alerts

To subscribe to job alerts emails, you will be required to provide your e-mail address, which will be used for the purpose of keeping you informed, by e-mail, of the latest jobs in your nominated industry and/or industry news via job alerts.

Should you decide that you no longer wish to receive this information, unsubscribe links are provided in every job alert email that you receive.

Aggregate Information

We gather information and statistics collectively about all visitors to this website, for example, which area users access most frequently, and which services users access the most. We only use such data in the aggregate form. This information helps us determine what is most beneficial for our users and how we can continually improve our online services to create a better overall experience for our users.
